The items you purchased as well as scent beads, a bag, a jar and a booklet including instructions of how to use your product.
Your order will be sent to you by our team as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation via email, with a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on where your package is.
If your items have not already been shipped to you, you can always cancel or change your order by emailing us: firstname.lastname@example.org. In case the order has already been shipped, you can return your items to us for exchange or refund via post. See returns and exchange policies.

Once you have placed an order and the items are on their way, you will receive an email with a link for you to track your order.
There might be several reasons for this. 1: Your products have not yet been sent, allow atleast 3 working days for your tracking information to be sent to you. 2: Your tracking information is in your trash, have a look there! 3: You have entered the wrong email address when placing the order, email us and we will help you: email@example.com.
