Let us answer your question

about returns & exchanges.

We hope that you are happy with your order, but if you are not, follow the steps below to return your item and get your money back:

1- Place the products in its original packaging. The products, as well as the scent beads if you ordered jewellery that can be scented, and all original packaging should not have been used and sent back in the same condition as when receiving the items from us. Email us petronella@veritume.com and we will let you know what information to include along with the item.

2- Visit your closest post office and send the items back to following adress:

3- Soon you will receive an email from us that lets you know we received your returned items. We will refund you the money for the purchased items with the same payment method as used when purchasing from us.

Notice:

Make sure to send back your item within 14 days of receiving it from us. If 14 days have already passed, don't worry! We will help you out to look for a product to exchange it for! The customer is entitled for the shipping costs that comes with returning the items. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned, and cannot be exchanged or refunded. Notice that items purchased on discount are not refundable. (NOTE: DURING HOLIDAYS EXTENDED RETURN POLICY: 30 DAYS)

3- You will receive an email from us to let you know we have received your returned items. From there we will guide you on how to change for another item.

Notice:

Make sure to send back your item within 30 days of receiving it from us. The customer will have to pay any shipping costs that come with exchanging the items. We are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received by us. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned and cannot be exchanged. (NOTE: DURING THE HOLIDAYS EXTENDED EXCHANGE POLICY: 60 DAYS)
